One. History
The village is bounded by Ting Li Village on the east, Wen Tsai Village on the south, the Taiwan Straits on the west and Yu Pu on the north across Ssu Ku Chen.The main residence is Kou Nei, which gets its name because the village is built on the east of Hsie Lake, bounded by branch of Po Ya Kou leading to Ssu Ku Chen and the village is located inside the channel. Inside the village, Yong An Drum Making Workshop is the widely known traditional Chinese folk craft. Tao is the dominant religion with a few Christian belivers and Hsin An Palace is the places for religion believers to get together. Most of the villagers live on agriculture and a few live on fish catching. Villagers there are simple and frank.

South: bounded by Wen Tsai Village with Kou Nei Road as the borderline.

Four. Natural and humanistic environments
Currently, the village contains 11 neighborhoods, 333 households and 1484 people. Most villagers live on agriculture and a few are engaged in offshore fishing. Being simple and frank, the villagers have satisfactory economic situations. In the village, Yong An drum making is widely recognized. In recent years, with the villagers laying emphasis on promotion of environmental protection, environments in the village have become clean and elegant and living quality of the villagers continues to increase.
